Welcome to Yes Fit The Woodlands ("Yes Fit," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at yesfitnessthewoodlands.com, purchasing a membership, or using our gym facilities, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our website or services.
Yes Fit offers the following membership options:
All memberships include 24/7 access to both Yes Fit locations and full use of all equipment and facilities. First and last month's dues are required upon joining for monthly memberships.
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase a membership. Members under 18 must have a parent or legal guardian sign on their behalf. Yes Fit reserves the right to require valid photo identification for facility access.
Payments are processed securely through Stripe, Inc. By purchasing a membership, you authorize Yes Fit and Stripe to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis according to your chosen plan.
Yes Fit reserves the right to modify membership pricing. Existing members will be notified in advance of any price changes affecting their membership.
Monthly memberships may be cancelled at any time. To cancel, contact us by phone at (936) 247-3488 or by visiting the gym in person. Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle, and no further charges will be made.
Annual memberships are non-refundable once payment has been processed, except where required by applicable law. No partial refunds are given for unused portions of an annual membership.
Enrollment fees are non-refundable.
To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all members, the following rules apply:
Violation of these rules may result in membership suspension or termination without refund, at the sole discretion of Yes Fit management.
Physical exercise involves inherent risks, including but not limited to muscle strains, sprains, fractures, heart complications, and other injuries. By using Yes Fit facilities, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activities and assume all risks of injury or illness that may result.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify, and hold harmless Yes Fit The Woodlands, its owners, employees, trainers, agents, and affiliates from any claims, demands, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the facilities, equipment, or services — including injuries resulting from the negligence of Yes Fit or its staff.
We strongly recommend consulting a physician before beginning any fitness program, particularly if you have pre-existing medical conditions.
Yes Fit provides 24-hour keycard or key fob access to members. Your access credential is for your personal use only and must not be shared, duplicated, or transferred to non-members. Lost or stolen access credentials should be reported immediately. Replacement fees may apply.
Security cameras are in operation throughout the facility for the safety of members and staff. By entering the premises, you consent to being recorded by security cameras.
Personal training services may be offered by Yes Fit trainers or approved independent trainers. Training sessions are subject to separate agreements and fees. Yes Fit trainers will design individualized programs based on your goals, body type, and fitness level. Results may vary.
All content on the Yes Fit website — including text, images, logos, graphics, and design — is the property of Yes Fit The Woodlands and is protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission.
You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes. You may not:
Yes Fit may offer discounts to military personnel, police officers, first responders, and teachers. Proof of eligibility may be required. Discounts cannot be combined with other offers unless specified. Yes Fit reserves the right to modify or discontinue promotions at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, Yes Fit shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or facilities. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid in membership fees during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Texas.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
