All payments are securely processed through Stripe, a trusted third-party payment provider. We do not store or have direct access to your full payment details. All transactions are encrypted and handled in accordance with industry security standards.
By purchasing a membership or service from Yes Fitness The Woodlands, you agree to the pricing, billing frequency, and terms presented at the time of purchase.
Cancellations
You may cancel your membership at any time. However, we require a 30-day written notice prior to your desired cancellation date.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or written communication.
- Your membership will remain active and you will continue to have access to services during the 30-day notice period.
- Billing may continue during this notice period depending on your billing cycle.
Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any payments already processed.
Failed Payments
If a payment is declined or fails:
- We may attempt to reprocess the payment.
- Your access to services may be paused until payment is successfully completed.
